• Terms, subject to apporval, are Net 30, FOB St. Louis, MO
• To open an account please provide:
  - three trade references (including address, phone number, and account number)
  - all pertinent tax numbers
  - Bank reference (including name, address, phone number, and account number)
• COD shipment is available
• Minimum order for Net 30 account is $50.00 or a $7.50 service charge will apply
• Credit card minimum $100.00
  - MasterCard and Visa accepted at time of order and charged at time of shipment
• Past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% per month late charge
• We must adhere to unit packs and minimums as listed
• Freight prepaid and added to invoice
• No returns without prior approval
• Custom imprint items are non-returnable
• We guarantee our merchandise and carefully check each order to insure orders leave us in good condition
• Claims for breakage, damage, or shortages must be reported to us and the delivering carrier with five (5) days
  - Keep the original carton(s) with label attached, damaged items and all packing material for inspection
• Products illustrated on our website or in our Catalog are neither Indian made nor are they an Indian Product as defined by 25 UDSC / ET. SEZ.
